The Cosmi intelligent brightness sensor

The brightness sensor for Full Color devices is a sensitive device that self-regulates the brightness of each Cosmi device in which it is integrated according to the lux in the environment.

The brightness is regulated automatically. So at night it lowers the brightness of the screen because it does not need as much light to be able to see the content optimally and maximises its capabilities during the day.

This HD ambient light sensor automatically optimises image settings according to the light outside.

The sensor detects ambient light levels to adjust the brightness of the graphic content displayed on Cosmi equipment.

Thanks to this function, it is possible to obtain the best possible image quality in any outdoor lighting conditions.

For example, on a cloudy day this sensor will regulate the brightness of the Full Color advertising screen so that the best picture quality is always visible, reducing its brightness because in cloudy environments there is less light outside and less screen brightness is needed.

On very sunny days, on the other hand, the sensor will pick up the light from the environment and send the order to the screen to increase the brightness so that you always see the best quality image.

The Cosmi brightness sensor is coated with environmentally friendly ABS plastic and high density polyethylene, making this small sensor reliable, flexible, durable and safe, and glass to maximise its readability.

Where to place a Cosmi HD brightness sensor?

In any Cosmi modular technology equipment that communicates synchronously or asynchronously. It is particularly suitable for standardised products such as Cosmi Full Color LED crosses, advertising banners, full color mupis and LED billboards.
